All processing activities made on this website are based on the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency.

The rights set forth in the articles of the regulation mentioned above can be exercised at any moment by making express request to the data controller or processor. Information can also be requested about the subjects that process data on behalf of the controller (Processors, Representatives, etc…).

An adequate level of privacy and confidentiality compliant with article 32 of the GDPR will be guaranteed during processing activities.

1. Events registration form

Type of data processed: personal contact data

Purpose: Organisation of the events you are interested in, distribution of operating information, transmission of information about similar events organised by the controller.

Legal basis: art. 6 letter b) GDPR: processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party. Information about similar events organised by the controller is transmitted within the principle of legitimate interest.

Storage periods: until the data subject requests erasure of the data.

Nature of the provision: necessary to achieve the purposes indicated. Non-provision will make it impossible to render the service.

1. Data collected from the use of our services by the User

Type of data processed:

• Internet protocol address (IP);
• date and time;
• type of connection (http-https);
• destination and origin URL;
• browser and operating system string;
• HTTP status code.

Purpose: obtain statistical information about the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time slot or per day, geographic areas of origin, etc.); check the correct functioning of the services provided.

These data, which are not collected for association with identified data subjects but which due to their nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow identification of users.

The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the case of hypothetical cyber crimes that damage the website.

Legal basis: Art. 6 letter f) GDPR: processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.

Storage times: the browsing data do not remain for more than seven days and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need to ascertain crimes by the judicial authorities).

Nature of the provision: compulsory for the functionality of the website.

SUBJECTS TO WHICH THE DATA CAN BE COMMUNICATED

When necessary, data will be communicated only to competent authorities and trusted subjects appointed by the Controller for the performance of tasks of a technical and/or organisational nature (legal, accounting, tax, consultancy services etc.). Your data may be communicated to partner companies engaged as external processors as of article 28 of Regulation EU 2016/679 to fulfil you requests.

Personal data will not be disclosed or transferred outside the European Union.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The data subjects have the right to obtain from the Controller, in the cases established, access to their personal data and rectification or erasure of same or restriction of processing of data or to object to the processing (article 15 et seq. of the Regulation).

A data subject that considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes this Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, as set forth in article 77 of same Regulation.

 LOGS AND COOKIES

The website uses temporary cookies. Some data are also collected automatically when visiting and browsing the pages of the website (type of browser used, time of the connection, IP, gi ISP addresses etc.) and stored in logs. However, these data do not identify individual Users and are used by the website for anonymous and aggregate statistical analyses to improve navigation of the website and the quality of the service.
